Follow-up inspection to previous inspection from September 13, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BFYQDV). The following observations were made:

SA-certified water booster installed next to low-temperature dishwasher:
Wash temperature: 138F (Minimum manufacturer's requirements: 120F)
Rinse temperature: 146F (Minimum manufacturer's requirements: 120F)
Chlorine concentration: 100 ppm at the plate at final rinse cycle

You may now use the low-temperature dishwasher for cleaning and sanitizing all dishware in the facility. Thank you for your co-operation.
