2) Knife stored in the slots behind 3 compartment sink and against wall. THis area is not sanitary.
Corrective Action(s): Equipment used to handle potentially hazardous foods are room temperature are required to be cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours. Clean and sanitize all meat slicers and knives. Store knives in a sanitary manner such as knife magnets. Date to be corrected: immediately
