Facility has cleaned and sanitized all areas affected by rodent droppings as observed during previous inspection.
Going forward it is extremely important to ensure a high level of sanitation. Facility currently has ongoing rodent infestation. If sanitation can not be maintained and public health is risked by rodent infestation the facility will be Ordered CLOSED once again to ensure compliance.
All surfaces on shelves, floors and food preparation areas must be routinely cleaned and sanitized. These areas must be monitored to ensure rodent infestation is under control.
The white buckets on floor storing sauces need to be stored up off floor 15cm/6 inches to ensure cleaning and monitoring for pests is occurring. This area had high number of rodent droppings. This is not an easy area to clean as large white tubs of sauces are not easily moved. Find a suitable means of storing these items up off floors (i.e. on castors or on shelf)
