On Follow-Up: Cleaning issues have been addressed. ENSURE THAT YOUR EXHAUST HOOD IS SERVICED 3 TIMES A YEAR, NOT 2. Outstanding issues: Discussed possible leak into a neighboring unit. The leak may be due to the grease trap under the cooking equipment (shared wall between the units) failing as the water that's leaking into the unit has a bad smell to it. Get the issue addressed.
