*Handsinks had liquid soap and paper towel. Soap dispenser fell off wall + required re-mounting. -Knife racks were clean. - meat slicer used 1x/day and cleaned at the end of day - All coolers were </=4C. - Meat/seafood walk-in was at -22C - QUATS sanitizer in bucket + spray were at 200ppm - No signs of pests observed - Facility in good, sanitary condition
