Routine Inspection - Hand washing stations provided with food operated faucet for hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. - Food in walk-in cooler measured at or below 4 degree C. Temperature monitoring log kept updated. - Pizza make line coolers measured at or below 4 Degree C. Food in inserts measure at or below 4C. Sanitizer QUAT 200-400 ppm available in spray bottles. Ensure to test sanitizer in spray bottles for correct concentration of QUAT particularly after changing chemical jug from dispenser. - Three - comp sink maintained. Washed implements stored properly to air dry. - Low-temp dishwasher final rinse had 50-100 ppm chlorine residue. Test strips noted. Ensure to test the DW daily and keep records. - No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date. - Customer and staff washrooms maintained clean. General sanitation is overall very good.
