Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CFVTD4
200 ppm chlorine residual detected in the sanitizer spray bottles in the produce and meat departments.
Obtain chlorine test strips and test the sanitizer solution before use to ensure there is at least 100 - 200 ppm chlorine residual before using.
Interior of the ice machine in the seafood department noted in a sanitary condition.
Cleanliness of the meat walk-in cooler, meat walk-in freezer, seafood display cooler and produce display cooler has noted improvements, however debris was still noted. Please increase the cleaning frequency of these areas.
