-Follow-up inspection to June 29, 2023. -Prep cooler was serviced and refrigeration gas was added. Cooler unit was at 4C. Monitor the cooler on a daily basis and contact service technicians as required. -Staff have been instructed to sanitize the coffee steaming wand with 200ppm Quats sanitizer after each use. -Quats sanitizer spray bottle was properly labelled. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed. -FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until August 03, 2026. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
