Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing sink in back food prep area was obstructed with equipment stored on top of sink.
Corrective Action(s): Operator re-located equipment. Hand sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels.
For front sink, ensure garbage bin is located in cloxe proximity to hand sink.

Routine Inspection

Display cooler at 4 C or below.
Sandwich cooler at 4 C or below.
**Walk-in cooler at 6 C - check cooler again in 1 hour. Ensure it is able to maintain a temperature of 4 C or below.
Soup hot held at 60 C or above.
Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottles at 200 ppm.
3 compartment sink set up for dishwashing. Sanitizer compartment filled with 200 ppm bleach.

Operator has not made any changes to food safety plan or recipes. pH of meats is taken randomly. Recommend testing every batch for food safety and recall purposes.

Flooring in kitchen was re-done.
In the future, please contact your environmental health officer prior to making any changes to equipment/renovations.

General sanitation satisfactory.
