Following temperatures were measured:
Hot holding unit = 66C
Coolers = 1-3C
Walk in cooler = 1C
Freezer = -22C
High temperature dishwasher measured 73C at plate surface
Food contact surface sanitizer (QUATS) measured 200ppm
Bar and glasswasher not in use as per current health order

Note: Ensure that glasswasher is fully serviced before an official re-opening. Ensure that coolers are in good working order before an official re-opening (4C or below). Ensure that all sanitation are in an adequate concentration before an official re-opening (200ppm for QUATS)
