- Chest freezer is less than -18C
- Hot holding units are greater than 60c
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottles and at three compartment sink dispenser measured at 200ppm quats concentration
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
