Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. No sanitizer available in front prep area.
2. Sanitizer solution in spray bottle in back area measured 50-100 ppm.

Corrective action:
1. Sanitizer was provided in labelled bucket with wiping cloths at front prep area. Quats sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm. Please ensure that sanitizer is always available in the front prep area to allow for food contact surfaces to be easily cleaned and sanitized.
2.Sanitizer solution in spray bottle was replaced and measured at 200ppm. Ensure that sanitizer is being replaced and measured to ensure it is at 200 ppm for adequate sanitizing.

Observation: Rodent bait station found inside restaurant under prep sink.

Corrective action: Remove bait station from inside of the restaurant. Bait stations are to be used outdoors only as food and food contact surfaces may potentially become contaminated from bait and/or rodents that ingest the bait and die.

-Drink cooler at 4°C.
-Walk in cooler at 1°C. All foods covered and stored off the floor.
-Prep table inserts at 4°C. Below prep at 4°C. Scoops stored with handles outside of product.
-Freezer satisfactory. All foods covered.
-hot-holding table inserts (rice, beans, chicken, beef, pork, and sauces) measured above 60°C. Two of four units were turned off temporarily to lower product temperature. Do not turn off hot holding units as the food internal temperature may drop below 60°C and allow for the growth of potential pathogens.
-temperature records available and up to date.
-all hand washing stations (including staff washroom) provided with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-no evidence of pests at time of inspection.
