Handwash station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. 3-compartment sink is available and maintained for ware-washing. Surfaces such as walls, floors and vats are clean and well-maintained. Operator mentioned that vats are cleaned with pressure washer and hot water. Lighting is adequate. Outdoor storage has been removed. No signs of pests noted at time of inspection.
