- Business portions and packages dry goods (eg. dried blueberries, rice, granola) for export. - Business has not been in operation since April 2019; however intend to resume operation. - Hot and cold running water supplied to handsink (single compartment utility sink) and 3 compartment sink - Liquid soap and paper towel present for handwashing - Bleach present for sanitizing food equipment and food contact surfaces - Metal detector present - Staff wear clean coats and hair protection during packaging - Minimal dry goods present. All food stored off of the floor on shelving/pallets. - Contract in place with Rentokil for pest control - Prior to resuming operation, ensure equipment is cleaned and sanitized.
