General sanitation is good.
No obvious signs of pest noted.
Handwashing stations are satisfactory.
Sanitizer concentration for food contact surfaces is correct.
Temperature of equipment (cooler, dishwasher) is satisfactory.
Temperature log is maintained.
Steam table was empty during the inspection and therefore unable to check temperature.
The surface film is peeling off one ceiling tile and is hanging down. Operator stated plans have been made to replace all tiles.
Ensure all spray bottles of chemicals are labelled.
Hand sanitizer is available at the sink in the dining area.
Recommend serving food items to the residents rather than offering self- service, including coffee and muffins.
Kitchen staffs have FoodSafe and Health permit is posted.
