-Handwash stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-All coolers at 4 deg C or less, ensure that inserts at line cooler are emptied within 4 hours as the covers remain off and the heat from the stove can warm the food up
-All freezers at -18 deg C or less
Hot holding units at 60 deg C or greater
Low temp dishwasher measured 100ppm chlorine at plate surface
Chlorine glasswasher measured 50ppm at chlorine
-Pest control visit currently monthly, this may need to be increased if rodent activity persists
-FOODSAFE certified staff on site
