Operator has removed cooler unit, not being used. Prep time is 30 mins daily and food is not stored overnight in trucks or base of operations. Meats, sauces, and hummus are purchased daily (pick up at Al Baraka in Surrey), cold/pre-cut. and held in cooler boxes until put in freezer units in the mobiles. 2- compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels Bleach solution was at 100ppm in the sink and the spray bottle. No evidence of pests. General sanitation was satisfactory.
