Temperature Controls:
NOTE: 3-door upright not in use -ensure it maintains foods at or below 4 deg C when back online
-2-door 3 deg C (juice)

-High Temperature Washer 72.7 deg C at plate level for second cycle -ensure it is warmed up at least 30 minutes prior to use otherwise warm up dry for the first cycle

Chemical Controls:
-QUAT sanitizer dispenser >200ppm as per test strips

Wiping towels are single use then hampered used with spray sanitizer

Daily tracking sheets maintained for fridges -Dishwasher should be monitored daily as well -template provided

General Sanitation very good
-all goods maintained off the floor >15cm to facilitate cleaning and monitoring pests underneath
-no signs of pests

Professional pest control comes on a regular basis: Orkin Pest control comes in regularly -live traps observed throughout

Handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water -ensure all handsinks are clear for use when facility is in use -one hot box was blocking the handsink

NOTE: City of Burnaby Fetal Alcohol warning sign bylaw now includes it to be posted in men's washroom as well as women's -signs provided
