Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed straws and tea containers stored underneath the hand washing station wall paper towel dispenser. Do not store items at this location as water dripping from washed hands could contaminate items underneath. Items removed at this time.

Observation: Moderate amount of fruit flies were cited near the mop sink area.
Corrective Action(s): Implement Integrated Pest Managment (IPM) apporach. Improve sanitation, and hire professional pest control company to assess the facility and implement control measures. Correct this by: June 30 2021

Observation: Small portion of floor was sticky with spilled drinks/syrup.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure floor is mopped frequently throughout the day to discourage pest attraction/breeding. Correct this by: immediately.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a bottle of unlabelled spray bottle. Staff cited it as bleach sanitizer. Bottle was labelled at this time.

General sanitation is adequate (with one exception in the violation section)
Bleach sanitizer noted at 100ppm as per test strips.
High temperature dishwasher final rinse cycle noted at 73 C
3 compartment sinks used for manual dishwashing.
