- Handwash station in meat cutting area is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Sanitizer at two compartment sink is measured at 200ppm quats solution
- Walk-in cooler and front meat display cooler is less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer is less than -18C
- Storage practices are satisfactory
- Equipment - knives, cutting board and meat saw is maintained in good sanitary condition
- No evidence of pest activity is noted.
