304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Huge improvement was observed compared to the routine inspection in terms of number of flies. Corrective Action(s): This flies issue will be ongoing work for the store going forward. More sticky traps are planned to be installed. Continue working with the pest control company to discourage flies activities at the produce processing area. Violation Score: 9 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: Dried food debris under the hard to reach areas towards the walls were cited. Few items were stored directly on the floor. Corrective Action(s): Remove items directly on the floor to better monitor pest activities and to facilitate cleaning process. Clean food debris. Correct this by April 9, 2021. Violation Score: 3
