General Comments All handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel Hairnets available for staff Quats sanitizer available at 200 ppm; test strips present High-temperature conveyor dishwasher reached >71C at the plate level upon final rinse cycle Coolers operating at </= 4C; temperature logs in use daily Freezers operating at </= - 18C; temperature logs in use daily No hot-holding observed during the inspection No pests observed. Pest control contract in-effect with Ecolab No broken utensils observed. Utensils stored in a sanitary manner. Ice machine is free of mould and rust. New ice scoop used each time.
