Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Liquid hand soap was not available at the hand washing station beside the display cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Staff refilled the liquid hand soap at this hand washing station. Ensure single use paper towels, liquid hand soap, hot and cold running water are available at hand washing stations at all time.

Routine inspection:
- Display coolers & walk-in cooler maintained at 4C or less. Accurate thermometer available.
- Freezer maintained at -18C.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in spray bottle and from the dispenser.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Food products stored off the ground and organized.
- Instructed the manager to clean and sanitize the meat cutter every at least every 4 hours.
- Meat grinder was cleaned and sanitized after each use.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
