Corrective Action(s): - Fresh prepared sanitizer solution measured at 200ppm chlorine residual
- Prepare fresh solution everyday before the start of the shift and change solution every 2-3 hours

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - The two handsinks located at the cook line were blocked and not accessible.
- One handsink has dishes stored in front of it
- Second handsink was blocked with washed vegetables and was backing up
Corrective Action(s): - Do not store any items in front or in the basin of the handsink. Ensure that it is easily accesible at all times
- Designated hand sinks must only be used for handwashing and not for washing or rinsing other items
- Place paper towel roll at an accesible distance at second handsink

Observation: - Cooked potatoes and sauteed onions and mushrooms were left near back door which was left open

Corrective Action(s): - All food items must be covered, once cooled all cooked foods must be covered and stored in walkin cooler
- Donot leave the back door open

Observation: Back door was left propped open at the time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): - Keep the back door closed at all times or install a screen door.

- Handsinks in washroom and at front coffee corner are adequately stocked
- All coolers are measured temperature less than 4C
- All freezers are functional and measured between -14 to -20C
- Hot holding unit at cookline is greater than 60C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 74C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- Bar glass washer is measured at 12.5 ppm iodine
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
