Observation: - Front display cooler ambient temperature 8.5-10C, internal temperature of cheesecake cake and Mocha 7.9C at the time of inspection.
Correction: - Adjust the temeprature to < or = 4C.

Observation: Sanitation in Some areas needs to be improved.
- Can opener was greasy.
- Cake packaging materials observed sitting on the floor againt the wall.
- some hard to reach areas (showed to the owner)
Correction: - clean the can opener
- cake packaging cardbox need to be stored off floor.
- Clean the hard to reach area.

Comments

Follow up inspection conducted with the presence of 2 food operators.

- The leaking evaporator and blower system has been replaced with a new one in the walk in cooler. The new system was in a very good working condition.

Note: some chipped paint observed on the ceiling of the walk in cooler. Please scrap the chipped paint and prevent food from potential contamination.
