Only using soap and water. Corrective Action(s): Bleach was found under the sink. Instructed staff how to make a clean and water solution for surface sanitizing as well as dishwashing. Always ensure dishes are being washed in first sink, rinsed in second sink and sanitized with bleach in the third sink.
