Secondary cook step done on griddle. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle. - 3 compartment sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing. - Washroom satisfactory. Dry storage room satisfactory. - No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. NOTE: Remove all newspapers placed at the back storage area.
