Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Sanitizer not available to sanitize food equipment (ice scoop, milk and cream jugs, coffee urns).
- Miscellaneous items stored in 2-compartment sink in back storage room making it not available for equipment washing and sanitizing purposes.
Corrective Action(s): - Obtain chlorine bleach to make 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution. (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water).
**Only use regular household bleach. "Splash-less Bleach or Colour Safe Bleach" are not acceptable.
- Remove all items from 2-compartment sink and ensure that it is accessible to facilitate equipment washing and sanitizing.

Manual Warewashing and Sanitizing Method reviewed with employee at time of inspection:

1. Wash with warm water and detergent.
2. Rinse with clean warm water.
3. Sanitize using 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach solution.
4. Air Dry.

- Nestle Chest Freezer: -23 deg C
- Upright Display Freezer: -20 deg C
- Interior of ice machine appears maintained in a sanitary condition.
**Ice scoop must be washed and sanitized before using.
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Continue to monitor for pest activity. Take corrective actions if new and/ or increased activity is noted.
