Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- All coolers in retail, back bakery and deli areas at or below 4'C
- All freezers in retail, back bakery and deli areas at or below -18'C
- General sanitation is satisfactory during inspection
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer in 3-compartment sink in deli measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration
- QUATs test strips are available on site
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottles (X3) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- High-temperature dishwasher in bakery measured at 76'C at plate surface (above minimum required temperature of 71'C at plate surface)
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Equipment observed stored in a sanitary manner
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- Pest control company contracted - UV fly traps are observed in place
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms
