All cooler units at 4C.
Hot holdings maintained food products at least 60C internally or above.
Temperature records maintained daily for cooler and hot holding units.
Walk-in freezer at -12C.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
3 compartment sink satisfactory.
Quats dispenser was at 200ppm and quats test strips were available.

all food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
as a reminder, FOODSAFE Level 1 certification issued prior to July 31, 2013 will expire on July 31, 2018. Ensure staff member renew their FOODSAFE Level 1 certification when needed. A copy of their certification should be kept on-site to demonstrate compliance.
