Observation: Debris and dried on food buildup noted in the following areas:
- Inside the upright coolers (back of house unit and the one beside the staff washroom).
- Dish sink sprayer.
Mouse droppings and debris noted on the floor below the dry storage rack beside the mop sink.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aforementioned areas and maintain in a sanitary condition at all time.
Clean the mouse droppings and monitor area for droppings. This could be from a previous issue and not a sign of a pest issue. If droppings reappear after cleaning, then you will need to reach out to an external pest control company.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4C.
All freezer units were at -18C.
Hot hold units were holding food over 60C.
General food storage practice acceptable. Did not observe any non-food grade materials holding food.
200 PPM QUAT detected in the sanitizer spray bottle.
3-compartment sink is used for manual warewashing.
Mop bucket emptied after use.
