Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Samosas and patties stored in the hot holding unit only were not kept 60C or higher. Internal temperature of food product was only at 38C.
Corrective Action(s): Food products were discarded. All hot foods must e kept at a temperature of 60C or higher.

Observation: Observed pan of oil being used to deep fried food product. Larger pots within the 3 compartment sink had signs of usage for deep frying.
Corrective Action(s): Facility does not have the adequate equipment to prevent the accumulation of grease vapor. Deep frying is to be ceased immediately until proper equipment are installed for deep frying.
