Codes 306 and 308 still outstanding. *Paper towel dispenser - tried to fix but didn't work. New dispenser ordered and waiting for delivery. Paper towel roll provided by the hand sink. *Ceiling vent/tile dust still to be removed. Also replace missing ceiling tile when vent is cleaned. Thank you for your attention.
