-sanitizer reservoir buckets for wiping rags, 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia -staff now test/change sanitizer containers more frequently. Walk in cooler serviced, temp 1 deg. C -new air curtain installed to retain cold air within and self closing mechanism has been repaired Receiving hallway outside of receiving door has been cleaned to remove mouse droppings and sanitize with dilute bleach.
