General sanitation - good. Hand sink at back supplied with hot and cold running water, & liquid soap. Note: No paper towel in a wall-mounted dispenser/paper towel is available across the sink on a packaging table. Please provide paper towel in the wall-mounted dispenser. 3-compartment sink - satisfactory. Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm from dispenser at 3-compartment sink & spray bottles. All coolers were measured to be at or below 4 C. All freezers were measured to be at or below -18 C. Food storage practices satisfactory. No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Traps are set and empty. Note: Pest control service is once a month on site. No baby food products on shelves were past best before dates upon random audit. Friendly reminder: - Do not mix food and household items in the same display basket (front). - Do not block the back handwashing sink by yellow buckets (must be assessable all the time).
