- Water pooling observed on the floor near the 2 comp prep sink area. No leak observed from nearby pipes.
- Water pooling observed inside walk-in cooler due to melting food item.

Comments

- All handsinks are fully equipped.
- All coolers at 4C or below.
- All freezers at -18C or below.
- Hot held rice at 60C or above.
- Broth on continuous boiling.
- Glasswasher had 12.5 ppm iodine from the final rinse water.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above during the final rinse.
- QUAT sanitizer in buckets measured at 200ppm. Ensure sanitizer is available at each station in the kitchen.
- Ice machine is broken; ice is bought to be used for now.
- Ice cream mix inside the ice cream machine chamber measured at 4C or below.
- Self serving station (condiments & desserts display storage temperature all in compliance)
- Overall sanitation maintained.
- Monthly pest control monitoring done by 3rd party professional. No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.
- Staff with valid foodsafe certificate present.
