Cooler temperature is <4 C - good. Soups are made from scratch, fully cooked and hot held at >60 C - good. Reviewed food cooling procedures- cold water bath is used - good. Hand washing: liquid soap and paper towels are available. Chlorine sanitizer is used to sanitize dishes, utensils, and food contact surfaces.. Keep copies of Food Safe certificates on site. Refresher was taken as per staff in charge.
