Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Peeled potatoes and vermicelli noodles soaking in water near the back door -operator indicates they have been there >2 hours.

NOTE: this is a REPEAT infraction since the April 24, 2019 routine inspection -Correction Order issued
Corrective Action(s): Once potatoes have been peeled and/or soaked it is a potentially hazardous food.
Once dry vermicelli noodles are soaked they are a potentially hazardoes food.
