Observation: Water is leaking from dishwasher. Technician has been on-site to assess. Parts have been ordered & repair is scheduled for Monday.
Corrective Action(s): Repair dishwasher so that it is in good working order and not leaking. Send email to Env. Health officer to confirm once repair complete.

Comments

-Freezers noted in previous report have been serviced/repaired and were at <= -18 deg. C.
-Line cooler has been serviced
-Paper towel present at handsink by sandwich prep area *Dispenser to be installed for paper towel.
-Final rinse temp was 71.2 deg. C at dish surface after thermometer was run through twice. Ensure rinse temp is monitored daily to verify temperature is adequate to sanitize dishes. As there is no temperature gauge present, one should be installed OR Operator must obtain peak (min/max) thermometer or thermolabels to monitor.
