Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions completed: - Areas where mouse droppings were observed (under dry storage shelving and in corner by large stand mixer) have been cleaned. - Wall behind burner has been cleaned to remove food splatter. Note: Exterior of pest control device (tin cat) still has food spill/residue on it - have pest control technician replace it. - Pieces of wood which were being used to cover cookie bins have been discarded. New bins with tight fitting lids are in use. Ensure all containers used for food storage are food grade.
