Routine inspection conducted: - Coolers operating at/below 4'C. - Freezers operating at/below -18'C. - Temp monitoring system in place. - Handwash station at produce department adequately supplied. NOTE: Pooling of water in front of produce walk-in cooler. Ice melted from 3-4 frozen boxes delivered today. Staff to mop the floor immediately at this time. - 200ppm chlorine available for cutting/packaging station. - Manual dishwashing station satisfactory. - Professional pest control company contracted. - Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed. - Washrooms for customers/staff satisfactory. - Food storage practice satisfactory throughout. NOTE: One of the open freezer units being repaired at the time of the inspection. Technician was on site for leaking issue. Temperature satisfactory. General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory.
