Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Buckets of Quat sanitizer are not replaced in a timely manner. The sanitizer appeared to be cloudy and measured 0 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure Quat sanitizer is replaced at least every 4 hours or when it becomes cloudy.

Observation: Low temperature dishwasher is broken as per staff. It is currently not in use. Repair technician has been contacted already. All equipment is washed manually using the three sink method.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to use the three sink method for washing equipment. Contact health inspector for a reinspection once repairs have been completed.
