Comments

General sanitation is satisfactory. The floor under the equipment is clean. The storage room and walk-in are tidy and containers of food are covered.
Pest control is provided. Remove old droppings in the storage room.
Clean the FRP wall panels in the kitchen, replace the soiled ceiling tiles, remove dust from the ceiling.
Clean the sink in the staff washroom.
Dishwashers are satisfactory.
Provide a soap and paper towel dispenser at the bar handwashing station.
