Routine inspection: - Coolers (walk-in, sandwich, under the counter) maintained at 4C or less. - Walk-in freezer functional. - Hot food hot held above 60C. - Other hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in spray bottle. - High temperature dishwasher registered 75C at the plate level. - General sanitation satisfactory. - No pest activities observed at the time. - Food safety plan submitted. However modification required. Update and send the food safety plan to the Environmental Health Officer.
