Observation: Final rinse temperature observed to be too low at 65c. Incoming water at on demand hot water tank was set too low at 120F. This was raised to 140F at time of inspection. This did not raise the final rinse temperature as the pressure gauge is reading approx 5psi on the final rinse.
Corrective Action(s): Rewash all utensils as discussed using the 3 compartment sink method

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Newly installed bar is lacking a hand wash station.
Corrective Action(s): Bar was relocated back to its original configeration at time of inspection so it now has access to the original hand wash station.

Light intensity observed to be too low inside the walk in cooler
Corrective Action(s): Replace missing tap.
Contact technician to repair dishwasher
Increase light intensity to approx 75W equivalent intensity.
