Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Meat slicer had food residue on it. Meat slicer must be taken apart, cleaned and sanitized min every 4 hours.
Clean the food debris off and sanitize with 100ppm chlorine (bleach) solution by mixing 1 teaspoon of bleach with 1 litre of water
2) Ice machine had mold inside. The ice machine must be cleaned and sanitized regularily to avoid mold growth. Empty the ice, clean the mold off, and sanitize the ice machine before using it again.

Observation: Dust if building up on and around the fire extinguisher. Food debris and dirt building up under the prep table and cooking equipment. This may lead to harboring of pest. Clean the mentioned areas and make it a routine to frequently clean to avoid build up
