Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Bags of onions stored in outside storage area.
- Bags of rice stored in hallway by exit doors.
Corrective Action(s): As previously discussed, do not store any food or food-related items outside. All food and food-related items must be stored in areas protected from contamination.
Kitchen volunteers moved onions and bags of rice into kitchen at time of inspection.

Observation: Floors in corners inside pot storage room/laundry room require cleaning.

Comments

- Both hand washing stations were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - good.
- Coolers were measured at 4C or colder. Freezer measured at -22C
- Hot held food items in service area were measured to be at 60C or hotter, and only small portions were being held in inserts. Good.
- Small portion of chickpea yogurt held in insert in service area. Good.
- Large pots of food on stoves were just cooked. Ensure this food stays at 60C or hotter.
- All food stored in kitchen were covered.
- Dry ingredient bins and dispensers maintained in sanitary conditions
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 78C at dish surface during rinse cycle - good
- General sanitation is good
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Shelves/racks outside storing equipment that is rarely used. Ensure to keep this area organized.
