Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishware (ie. mug, plastic container, etc) is noted in one dishwashing sink filled with water only. Staff explained that products that do not touch meat is soaked in water after cleaning only.
Corrective Action(s): All dishware (touching meat or not) must be sanitized after each clean. Follow proper procedures:
1. Wash in soapy water
2. Rinse in clean water
3. Soak in sanitizer
4. Air dry

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Handsink closest to cashier is noted with a pack of take out boxes inside sink.
2. A small shelving rack is placed perpendicular to back handsink, blocking access to handsink from one end.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handsink is not blocked and must be accessible at all times. It is menitoned in last inspection regarding the additional shelving rack blocking access to handsink. Failure to comply may reulst in enforcement action (ie. order and/or ticket).
