*No change in operations. Facility is rented out for private events and used by club members. Ensure a temporary food permit is applied for prior to any events where food will be served to the public.
*General sanitation satisfactory. No evidence of pest issues observed during inspection.
*Low-temperature dishwasher provided 50ppm chlorine sanitizer in final rinse. Chlorine test strips available.
*Three-compartment dish sinks and two-compartment prep sinks in working order.
*Hand sink and bar hand sink equipped with warm water, liquid soap and paper towels. Note: ensure a pump/dispenser bottle for hand soap is filled and placed at the bar hand sink prior to the next event booking.
*Glass-door cooler and walk-in unit operating at 4 C or colder. Chest freezer measured at -22 C.
*Ultra-san chlorine sanitizer available on site. Ensure this is mixed to achieve a final chlorine concentration of 100-200ppm. Discussed mixture with staff on site - since this product is 12% chlorine, use approximately 1/3 teaspoon of bleach per Litre of water.
*Tools and utensils stored in clean condition.
*Note: remove cobwebs from area behind stove prior to next event booking.
