Operator indicates the power washer was is under repair and should be cleaned within the week The southwest bay door (not used) -there are gaps on the bottom -any gaps larger then 1/4" may permit the entry of rodents -should be sealed from the inside Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect the oil laiden areas Seal the gap between the bay door and floor -should be flush with the ground Violation Score: 3
